3. Q: What are the delivery charges?

4. Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. 

5. Q: Preorder Shipping time?
A: 1-2 Weeks ( Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.) No delay: Waiting time 7-10 working days to arrived SG  . Delay: Extra 2-7 working days. 

6. Q: Items on website all available to order?
A: Yes. But please do note that inventory changes at any times on our sources side. IF OOS (Out Of Stock) , Full refund will credit back to you. Thank you for your kind understanding. 

7. Q: Exchange or Refund? 
A: Non-exchangeable once item sold as it is preorder. Return policy only valid for 7 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return only under conditions such as the wrong item shipped, factory defects. Invalid reasons such as purchase the wrong item, dislike the item purchased will not be entertained.
